Rhodesia was a land-locked country located in south-central, sub-saharan Africa, bordered by South Africa to the south, Zambia, Botswana, and Mozambique; with an area of ~ 151,000 square miles, approximately the size of Kansas and Oklahoma, and an elevation of between 2,000 and 3,000 feet above sea level.
